High court grants bail to 16 accused, rejected one
Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court has granted bail to 16 accused of the SI recruitment 2021-paper leak case.
Vivek Bhambu, Shravan Kumar Vishnoi, Renu Kumari, Naresh Kumar, Ajay Vishnoi, Narangi Kumari, Dinesh Kumar, Surendra Kumar Bagdia, Dinesh Vishnoi, Malaram, Subhash Vishnoi, Priyanka Kumari, Rakesh, Manju Devi, Surjeet Singh Yadav and Gopiram Jangu were granted bail.
The single judge bench of Justice Ganesh Ram Meena approved their bail petitions.
However, the court rejected the bail petition of one of the accused, Suresh Sahu. Advocates Vedant Sharma, Deepak Chauhan, Nirbhay Tiwari, Kanika Barman, Karni Ola, Suresh Khileri, Princepal Singh and Jitendra Chaudhary represented the petitioners.
