HC stays constable, VDO recruitment process

Jaipur: In a case related to Constable Recruitment-2023, the HC has imposed a stay on the appointment process. Justice Ganeshram Meena’s single bench issued orders on the plea of applicants Hariram Gurjar and others. Lawyer Ram Pratap Saini and Dr Gunjan Sharma told the court that as per rules 15 fold candidates were not called as per the vacancy.

In another case related to VDO Recruitment-2021, the High Court division bench of Acting CJ MM Srivastava and Justice Shubha Mehta put a stay on the appointment. The recruitment was for 5900 posts.

Orders were given on the appeal of the Staff Selection Board. Advocate Vigyan Shah appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The matter pertains to disputed question answers.
