Guv, CM, Raje perform aarti on last day of Ram Katha

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje along with Governor Kalraj Mishra performed aarti together on the closing day of Ram Katha in Raj Bhavan. Gehlot reached Raj Bhawan on the closing day today and performed aarti with Governor Kalraj Mishra. During this, Vasundhara Raje was also present on the stage. All three performed the aarti of Lord Shri Ram together.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that it was an inspiring move and such events should be held in every street and locality, so that the values are inculcated among the children. He quipped that the governor did not inform him about the Ram Katha otherwise, he would not make a program to go out and would reach to listen to Ram Katha for five days. Gehlot said that such events of Ram katha have reduced but it should be held in localities to make the younger generation cultured. Gehlot said that he came straight from the airport to attend the Ram Katha and was elated to see the atmosphere in Raj Bhavan.
