Govt releases new guidelines for renaming RGHS hospitals
Jaipur: The Rajasthan government has unveiled a new policy detailing the procedure for altering names, locations, and infrastructure of RGHS (Rajasthan Government Health Scheme) hospitals.
According to the policy, hospitals must submit all necessary documents and certificates under their new names.
Under the new guidelines, Hospitals that are accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers or the Central Government Health Scheme must also submit updated certification.
Hospitals must acquire all required approvals and certifications for their new status. The policy also regulates the name change process in cases of hospital acquisition, merger, division, takeover, or sale.
