Govt aims to relieve people of inflation: CM
Jaipur: Speaking at the state-level function to mark the inauguration of ‘Mehangai Rahat’ camps at Mahapura panchayat in Jaipur on Monday, CM Ashok Gehlot said his government’s aim is to provide relief to the general public from inflation.
“The country is facing the brunt of inflation and unemployment, and it has become difficult for the common man to run his house. In such a situation, with the aim of providing relief to the public, camps have been started to connect the common people with 10 public welfare schemes of the state government,” he said. On the first day of the camp, benefits of LPG gas subsidy scheme, increased limit of Chiranjeevi health insurance and Chiranjeevi accident insurance scheme were started.
Govind Singh Dotasra, Dr Mahesh Joshi, Rajendra Yadav, Rafeek Khan, Amin Kagzi, Archana Sharma, CS Usha Sharma other public representatives and officials were present during the launch of the relief camps.
