Governor lauds the efforts of tribal women
Jaipur: Governor Kalraj Mishra at Raj Bhavan on Wednesday heaped praises on women who have become self-reliant by working in domestic industries, sewing, embroidery, henna training and other local works in the tribal area Kushalgarh.
Governor Mishra listened to work being done by such women working and said that only with the self-reliance of women, rapid development of tribal areas is possible.
The women told how by taking well-planned training in local resources, tailoring, henna, computers etc., they have opened their own shops in villages, and are selling various products in the market.
