Gopalan minister orders inquiry into irregularities on part of Dr Singh

Jaipur: Gopalan minister Krishna Kunal has ordered an inquiry into the irregularities on part of Dr Lal Singh who worked as the director of the department without a posting order and issued financial sanctions.

After First India flashed the news, the secretary formed the inquiry committee of director Chandmal Verma and financial advisor Manoj Shandilya which will give a report in seven days.

Dr Lal Singh, who was the additional director, had taken over the post of director without the posting orders. It was after the transfer of the then-director. He worked for nearly 9 months without the order and issued financial sanctions.

Apart from this, several other irregularities were also committed. On the day of his retirement, Dr Singh had sanctioned a payment of Rs 13.69 lakh to Sabarmati Gaushala Ashram.
