Good news, RHB to come up with 4,300 new flats

Jaipur: There is a good news for the people waiting to buy flats, villas and other properties made by the Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) as new schemes are being brought by the Board for more than 4300 multistoreyed flats and independent houses across the state. Soon the Min Shanti Dhariwal will launch the schemes. In an important meeting held under the chairmanship of RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora, the entire progress related to registration of residential buildings remaining in old and new schemes in various cities of the state, the cost of the schemes and their respective launches were reviewed.

Commissioner Arora told that a scheme will be launched with a total 1332 in Pratap Nagar sector 22-23 and 26 of Jaipur, 10 in Churu, 57 in Khoda of Kishangarh, 45 in Dhaulpur, 317 in Lakheri of Bundi, 77 in Niwai of Tonk, 1090 in Badli of Jodhpur, 72 in Chaupasni, 504 in Hanumangarh, 189 in Abu Road, 22 in Bhinder, 16 in Salumbar, 38 in Patel Nagar in Bhilwara, 46 in Shahpura, 71 in Nimbaheda of Chittorgarh, 74 in Badi Saadi, 80 in Banswara’s Partapur, 63 in Durgapur and 24 HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS category houses in Hiran Magri of Udaipur. “Preparations for the new launching have been completed and residential schemes will be launched soon with some remaining works. A total of 78 schemes have been registered with RERA by the Board so far,” Arora informed.
