Good governance: JDC Manju Rajpal orders e-filing of all work from February 8

Jaipur: Under the chairmanship of Jaipur Development Commissioner Manju Rajpal, a meeting regarding digitalization of government work (e-filing) was held in JDA’s Manthan Auditorium on Monday for good governance and to facilitate file management.

JDC Rajpal said that work should be started by sorting the files category wise for government work (e-filing) on priority. She said that after February 8, all files should be sent through e-filing.

Rajpal has divided the government work (e-filing) into four categories A, B, C and D. She instructed to make the files of category A and B online with immediate effect on Rajkaj portal. Rajpal said that all the officers and employees concerned will be given required training for this purpose.

With this crucial step, common people will get relief and complaints regarding missing files and documents in JDA will be resolved.
