GEHLOT DIRECTS TO RESTART DRIVE WITH NEW FORMAT

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that ‘Prashasan Shehron Ke Sang’ (PSKS) campaign camps will be held wardwise from July 15 in all the municipal bodies of the state. In these, the distribution of pattas will be done after completing all kinds of administrative process on the spot. Gehlot has instructed the concerned departmental officers to complete the entire preparations of these camps at earliest

Gehlot chaired the review meeting of the PSKS campaign at the Chief Minister’s Residence on Thursday and said, “District Collectors should ensure continuous monitoring of the camps to be organised ward- wise. The presence of higher officials including Additional District Magistrate, City Magistrate, Tehsildar should also be ensured in every camp. The common man should not face unnecessary trouble in the camps. Other works including making leases in the camps should be done with transparency. It should also be ensured that the camps are set up at the community centre of the concerned ward or at a place accessible to the general public.”

The Chief Minister said that in order to increase the participation of MPs and MLAs in the camps, information about the camps should be made available to them. “Along with this, before starting the campaign, instructions should be given to organise workshops for the councillors of the municipal bodies. In this, they should be made aware of the new format along with the complete information about the campaign and the simplifications and relaxations made by the state government, so that the councilor can help the people of their area to get the lease,” he said
Gehlot directed the departmental high officials related to the campaign to regularly review the camps. He said that officers and employees in all the bodies should discharge their responsibilities by resolving the problems of the common man with transparency and sensitivity. The officials of the bodies should also inform the general public about the benefits of Pattas
Giving a presentation, Principal Secretary, UDH Department Kunji Lal Meena informed about the leases that 3 lakh 36 thousand 61 pattas have been issued in the PSKS campaign-2021.
