Four new Med Colleges to start admissions from next session
Jaipur: With the relentless efforts of CM Ashok Gehlot, four new medical colleges in Rajasthan will commence their admission process from the upcoming academic session after approval from National Medical Commission.
With the new medical colleges in Ganganagar, Chittorgarh, Sirohi and Dholpur, 19 districts of the state will have medical colleges while work on medical colleges in some other districts is going on. Proposal to set up medical colleges in Pratapgarh, Jalore and Rajsamand is under consideration and after these approvals all the districts in state will have medical colleges. The new four colleges which are going to commence admission from the next session will have 100 seats each.
