FOR PEACE IN STATE, CM MUST WRITE TO CENTRE FOR PFI BAN, SAYS POONIA

Jaipur: Pitching for a ban on Popular Front of India (PFI), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president Satish Poonia said that the Rajasthan government should rise above the politics of appeasement and vote bank. He said that it is high time Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot should write to the Centre to ban the PFI for peace and security. Poonia cited the killing of Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur and the Amravati incident and blamed the PFI for funding such incidents of terror. “Money is transferred to about two lakh families from Bahrain, Kuwait, Arab, etc. A large group is spreading chaos and unrest in the state,” the BJP state president said.
