Focus on 1.25 cr families, who benefitted from govt schemes

Jaipur: To win the battle of Assembly elections, Congress is focusing on the families of 1.25 crore beneficiaries of the schemes of Gehlot government. Congress has made a mega plan for this. Under this, the Assembly-wise list of these beneficiary families is being made available to the candidates contesting on Congress ticket, who have benefited from the Congress government schemes in some way or the other.

Congress strategists believe that if the candidate contacts these families directly, he will definitely get benefit in polls. Before the start of the electoral battle, CM Ashok Gehlot had said that he would contest polls relying on public welfare schemes of the Congress government.
