The accused, identified as Ramveer Singh (23), a native of Satnali in the Mahendragarh district of Haryana, was arrested from his village on charges of allegedly helping the shooters - Rohit Rathore and Nitin Fauji - to flee from the spot. “Ramveer helped shooters flee the spot on his bike & dropped them off near Bagru Toll Plaza.

From there, the assailants boarded a bus and escaped. Rohit Rathore and Nitin Fauji called someone through a passenger’s mobile and took a car on rent.

The shooters then reached Sujangarh. Ramveer Singh and Nitin Fauji are close friends and used to be in same class,” police said.
