FEAR-FREE ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY OF PEOPLE OUR MAIN PRIORITY: GEHLOT

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said on Monday that mandatory FIR, reception room and other innovations have been made in the police department, which has resulted in reduction in 156 (3) CrPC cases, research time and cases of women atrocities.

“In various incidents of Udaipur, Sikar, Jaipur, quick and effective action has been taken to nab the criminals. In order to keep the reputation of the police high in the state, make every possible effort to control crime and increase the faith of the common man in the police,” Gehlot said while addressing the meeting of Inspectors General of Police and District Superintendents of Police through video conference at Chief Minister’s residence on Monday.
