ED harassing Rahul Gandhi: Joshi
Jaipur: Congress party’s protests against ED’s interrogation of Rahul Gandhi continued on the third day as well and Rajasthan leaders and workers have also reached Delhi in large numbers. Regarding ED’s interrogation for the third consecutive day, Cabinet Minister Mahesh Joshi said that the ED is unnecessarily harassing Rahul Gandhi, “which is an insult to democracy and the Constitution.” Minister of State Subhash Garg said that the war against injustice will continue.
While interacting with the media during the Jansunwai programme at the State Congress headquarters, Joshi said that no FIR has been lodged in the case of Rahul Gandhi, nor has there been any wrongdoing. “Dissent also has its place in a democracy, but the Modi government at the center is ruling in a dictatorial manner and misusing constitutional institutions,” Joshi said.
More than 100 complaints came up in the Jansunwai programme organized at PCC office.
