ECI officials review poll preps in the state during visit to Jaipur

Jaipur: On the first day, the CEC Rajiv Kumar and other senior officials held a meeting with representatives of recognised political parties. After this, the Commission discussed with the coordinators of State Police, CPF, I-T, Excise, Transport, Commercial Tax Department, State Lead Bank and took information about their preparations, actions taken so far & further planning.

The team also took information about the preventive actions and action plans taken so far from senior officials of Railways, Central Security Force, Excise, Income Tax, Transport, Commercial Tax, Major Banks, Narcotic Control Bureau and Airport. A power point presentation was presented before Commission on preparations made so far at state level.Pandey and Goyal also resolved doubts by talking to officials.
