Dy CM Bairwa emphasizes youth’s role in road safety

Jaipur: Deputy chief minister Prem Chand Bairwa on Wednesday said that road safety is such a task that saves not an individual but a family. He said that participation of youth in important work like road safety is important. “If a young man dies in a road accident, his entire family is devastated,” he said while talking to reporters at the culmination of the Road Safety month.

“We have to work with innovations so that road accidents can be reduced. The first duty of every person is to help the injured in a road accident,” he said. The Deputy CM also appealed to wear the helmet on the head and not in the hand while driving.

“We will teach road safety lessons in schools and colleges and will give information about road safety to the youth by organizing a camp once a month,” he said.
