Dy CM approves Rs 206 Cr for making Atal Pragati Paths

Jaipur: Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari has approved the construction of Atal Pragati Paths at a cost of about Rs 206.3 5 crore. She said that as per the budget announcements, a main road whose length would be between one to three kilometres in villages with a population of more than 10,000 will be developed as Atal Pragati Path.

The Atal Path will be a concrete road with a width of seven metres and will have drains on both its sides. An approval has been issued for 52 works under this.

Atal Pragati posts have been approved for Kishangarh, Pushkar, Sojat, Jaitaran, Mandal, Didwana, Degana, Merta, Ghatol, Pachpadara, Sewana, Barmer, Rajakhera, Hindaun, Ratangarh, Sujangarh, Taranagar Nohar, Pilani, Surajgarh, Jalore, Shahpura, Chomu, Jhotwara, Amer, Jhalrapatan, and other assembly constituencies.

Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari has approved 1265 works worth Rs 650.11 crore in the state. She said that this approval has been given for the repair and renovation of a total of 1265 roads and culverts and for new works.
