Dudi may be shifted to Medanta; CM, other leaders visit SMS hosp
Jaipur: Congress leader Rameshwar Dudi’s health condition remained critical on Monday. Dudi, the chairman of the Rajasthan State Agro Industries Development Board, suffered brain haemorrhage on Sunday and a surgery was performed by a team of doctors at the state run hospital to remove the clot. Looking at the critical condition, possibilities were explored to shift him to Medanta hospital in Delhi NCR. A treatment note was prepared and sent to Medanta hospital. However, the final decision will be taken by the family.
CM talked to the doctors at the SMS hospital. He also talked to Medanta hospital management about the shifting. On his direction, education minister BD Kalla reached the hospital and held discussion with doctors on the condition of Dudi. Medical board members Dr.SM Sharma, Dr.Achal Sharma, Dr.BL Kumawat, Dr.Sudhir Mehta, Dr.Rashmi Kataria were present during discussion with the minister. Dudi is on ventilator support in the neurosurgery ICU.
Earlier in the day, deputy leader of opposition Satish Poonia visited the hospital and enquired about Dudi’s health.
CM Ashok Gehlot is concerned about Dudi’s well-being, after returning from Johdpur, he reached SMS Hospital to know about Dudi’s health.
