Dual international record by RHB!

Jaipur: Rajasthan Housing Board led by the Commissioner Pawan Arora has made an international record by selling 13,583 residential and commercial properties in a short span of about two and a half years through “Budhwar Neelami Utsav” and e-bid submission.

Along with this, the footfall of 6.10 lakh people from November 2021 to March 2022 at Chaupatis in Mansarovar and Pratap Nagar developed by the RHB has also got a place as an international record. “These two achievements of the Rajasthan Housing Board have been included in the World Book of Records, London as world records. 

The World Book of Records, London has recognised the increasing attraction of people towards Mansarovar and Pratap Nagar Chaupatis and sale of properties through e-auction and e-bid submission between November 2019 to March 31, 2022,” he said.

Pratham Bhalla, a representative of the World Book of Records, London, handed over the confirmation letter of the records to the Housing Board Commissioner, Pawan Arora on Tuesday. Arora further said that the World Book of Records will soon give a world record certificate to the Rajasthan Housing Board.

It is worth mentioning that earlier in the year 2020, under the Budhwar Neelami Utsav, the sale of 1,213 properties worth Rs 185 crore in just 12 days and the achievement of selling 1,010 houses in just 35 working days in the year 2019 were also recorded by the World Book of Records, London.
