Drainage planning will be done alongside road devp, says Diya

Jaipur: Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari has stated that developing excellent drainage and sewage systems alongside roads is a government priority, which will address issues of waterlogging and frequent road damage. She emphasised that the government is working on a robust plan for this purpose. On Thursday, she addressed the foundation stone-laying ceremony for high-level water tanks in Ward 5 and Ward 12 of the Vidyadhar Nagar Assembly area. She performed the rituals and laid the foundation for high-level tanks in Ward 12 at Benar Road, Pawanpuri, and in Ward 5 in front of the Councillor's office at Bhardana.

She that these highlevel tanks will provide an uninterrupted water supply to people, resolving a significant drinking water issue in the area.
