Dr Joshi receives show cause notice, Rathore submits reply via mail

Jaipur: Amidst the ongoing turmoil in Congress politics in the state, Government Chief Whip and Water Resources Minister Dr Mahesh Joshi on Thursday claimed that he has received a showcause notice on e-mail from Tariq Anwar, Secretary, AICC’s Disciplinary Committee. In the meanwhile, Dharmendra Rathore has replied to the show cause notice through e-mail. Dr. Joshi said, “Notice of the AICC Disciplinary Committee has been received on email and I have sent the information back, that the notice has been received on Thursday. In such a situation, now I have to submit a reply to the AICC Disciplinary Committee in 10 days.” Notably, Joshi had gone to the AICC a few days ago and clarified his position to many leaders including Mukul Wasnik. In the meanwhile, Tariq Anwar said, “ After the reply of leaders is received, a meeting of Disciplinary Committee will be called to see whether their answers are satisfactory or not. The report given by our observer is the basis of the notice. Further action will be decided on what response they give to the notice. If their answer is satisfactory, then they can be forgiven.”
