Do all work online through e-filing, says Guha to transport dept officials

Jaipur: ACS, Transport and Road Safety Dept, Sreya Guha said on Wednesday that by increasing the minimum paperwork in RTO offices, officers should do all work online and through e-filing, so that the common people can get better service delivery without any problem. She also instructed the officers for timely and quality disposal of complaints received on the Sampark portal.

Guha was presiding over the review meeting held with the officials of Transport & Road Safety Dept at the Govt Secretariat on Wednesday. She reviewed progress of efiling in the Transport Dept and the average time taken in disposal of files. Besides, information was also taken from the officers about the 100-day action plan and the instructions given by the CS and the progress regarding the implementation of the decisions taken in the last meeting.
