Jaipur: Day two of the Regional Conference on “Good Governance” (4th-5th Oct, 2023), focused two sessions on ‘Best Governance Practices of Rajasthan’. The officials shared experiences in innovations in public administration, transforming public solution for improving quality of life, good governance, e-governance, and digital governance, with the help of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) interventions.

The session chaired by Alok Gupta, IAS Principal Secretary (AR) focused on the flagship programs of the government of Rajasthan. Speaking on the occasion Anandhi IAS, Secretary Information Technology, highlighted best practices in citizen outreach and service delivery using I.T that included E-Mitra, Jana Aadhaar, Sampark and Jan Soochna. “Rajasthan Sampark (181) was implemented in the year 2014. ,” said Anandhi.
