Dhariwal warns JDA officials, complete projects by Sept 15

Jaipur: On Thursday, UDH Minister Shanti Dhariwal inspected the IPD tower of SMS Hospital and the traffic signal projects. Dhariwal expressed strong displeasure over the delay in work and told JDA officials, “Don’t use your intelligence, do as the architect says.” Architect Anoop Barataria was also present during the inspection and Barataria complained to the UDH Minister about not implementing his instructions. Bartariya said, “JDA officers spend twothree months considering instructions. The look of the ground floor where people will come should be according to an international airport. That’s why marble should be installed here instead of granite.” The Minister agreed to this and directed officers. After this, Dhariwal reached Jawahar Circle Traffic Signal Project. Angry Dhariwal had an argument with the head of the firm over delay in work. The firm has assured to complete the work by September 15.

Regarding B2 Bypass project, Dhariwal asked JDA officials when this traffic diversion would end. JDA officials said that by Sept 30, traffic would be smoothened. He also inspected aluminium panels for beautification of underpass at Lakshmi Mandir Tiraha.
