Dhariwal reviews PSKS drive to simplify lease process

Jaipur: UDH Minister Shanti Dhariwal on Friday reviewed the Prashasan Shehron Ke Sang Campaign. In the meeting, JDA, Urban Development Department, LSG, and top officers of town planning department were present. The issue of issuing more leases, simplifying the lease process, determining the width of the link roads, and various points including mixed land use were discussed.

Pattas will be available near populated land in cities and will get lease of agricultural land located nearby. For this the applicant will not have to do separate 90 A. The concerned body will give lease assuming self motivation 90A.

“After that it was agreed upon that lease will be available for agricultural land located near populated land. If agricultural land has been used for non-agriculture up to a specified date, then the lease of that land will be given. Soon an order will be issued in this regard,” he said.

May 2, 2012 will be kept cut off date in the case for giving lease for patta for earlier settlement.
