DGP REVIEWS SITUATION IN HANUMANGARH

Jaipur: DGP ML Lather reviewed the law and order situation of Hanumangarh district where a communal tension erupted on Wednesday night after an attack on a VHP leader and directed officials to take strict action against anti-social elements trying to disturb the peace and communal harmony. He informed that 32 persons have been arrested under section 151 of CrPC and videos related to the distribution of sticks and provocative speech are being examined and strict action will be taken. He said that policemen in adequate numbers have been deployed in the area.
