Deputy Chief Whip foils plan of minister, MLAs to protest in the Well

Jaipur: The alleged plan of some ministers and Congress MLAs to enter the Well in the House on Thursday failed with judiciousness of Deputy Chief whip Mahendra Choudhary. Preparations were made to protest against the government by entering the Well. The strategy was made under the leadership of an angry minister.

The plan was to instigate an MLA to enter the Well during debate on the Home Department issues. Following the MLA, some ministers and 4 Congress MLAs would have also entered the Well. But Mahendra Chaudhary handled the matter with understanding and the MLA was not allow to speak in the House. The angry minister also asked for permission to speak but Mahendra Chaudhary refused him also. After this, the angry faction reached the Speaker Dr CP Joshi but he also denied permission. However, the angry minister spread a sensation by speaking a line and gave the Opposition an opportunity to attack the government.
