CS’s tenure will remind of discipline & innovations!

Jaipur: The tenure of CS Usha Sharma ended 6 months ago, but in the previous government, she was given an extension of 6 months.

Sharma’s tenure will be remembered for discipline and innovations including that to resolve inter-departmental issues with mutual consent.

The CS is the ex-officio Chairman of about 135 Committees. She worked to integrate committees having similar natures, behaviour, and objectives.

She gave a target to every Collector to choose one innovation according to their plan, programme or work and took regular reports from them.

As soon as she became the CS, Sharma herself monitored the functioning of many dead or nonfunctional committees and made them functional by organising their meetings.
