Jaipur: CS Sudhansh Pant urged senior officers to maintain financial discipline by discouraging supplementary fund requests postallocation. He emphasized proper utilization of allocated funds and timely completion of work under schemes. Pant advised officers to conduct field visits outside the secretariat, especially finance department officials, to monitor departmental operations like Commercial Tax and Excise.
