CS reviews preps, special traffic plan in place for oath ceremony

Jaipur: CS Usha Sharma reviewed preparations for the swearing-in ceremony of the new Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma & Dy CMs which will be attended by PM Narendra Modi. During a meeting at the Secretariat on Thursday, she gave instructions regarding seating arrangements for PM, Governor & Chief Minister, all newly elected MLAs and special guests in the swearing-in ceremony. Along with making smooth arrangements for taking the public representatives to the designated place by bus.

There will be special arrangements for traffic in city for swearing-in ceremony. Traffic operating inside Ram Niwas Bagh will remain closed. Traffic coming from Trimurti Circle to JLN Marg will be diverted. Traffic in Ram Niwas Bagh will remain closed from MGD side. The traffic coming from MD Road to Ram Nivas Bagh via Museum Road will remain closed. The traffic coming from Sanganeri Gate towards Ravindra Manch will also remain closed. Vehicles coming for the program will be parked at the identified places. Maharaja College Ground Parking, Maharani College Ground Parking Gokhale Hostel Ground Parking, JDA underground parking of Ram Niwas Bagh, parking in front of Ravindra Manch, parking in Udyog Maidan.
