Jaipur: Giving a message of egovernance, chief secretary Sudhansh Pant on Wednesday directed officials to dispose of files in digital form and prepare a dashboard for the review of works in all departments.

He said that this will increase efficiency and it will be easier to monitor the daily work. The chief secretary instructed the officials to keep departmental information ready in digital format.

Pant also directed secretaries to do weekly monitoring of major schemes and achieve targets in a time-bound manner. “The officers should ensure that the works of people are completed on priority,” CS Pant said. The Chief Secretary asked for better time management in all the departments.

Stressing on making the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra a success, Pant instructed officials to provide benefits of schemes to the common people in camps and to make collective efforts for this.

District Collectors were asked to regularly inspect camps in districts. He asked the officers to do hard work with honesty, humility and simplicity and to follow punctuality and discipline.

The CS expressed expectation that all officers will work with full dedication in the larger public interest.
