CS chairs meet to discuss preps for swearing-in for the new CM

Jaipur: The bureaucracy has geared up for the change in the government. Chief Secretary Usha Sharma held a meeting to discuss the initial preparations for the swearing- in ceremony of the new Chief Minister, who is yet to be announced.

She emphasized the need for all departments to stay alert. While the specific details of the ceremony remain undecided, instructions were issued to complete preparations promptly once the date, time, & venue are finalised. Officials from Cabinet Secretariat & GAD attended the meet.

In meanwhile, the name plates of all ministers and status officers in the Secretariat have been removed, the RAS & Secretariat Service personnel/officers employed as PS & other officers in personal staff of Mins have been made APO.
