CRIME-FREE RAJASTHAN IS OUR GOVT’S PRIORITY, ASSURES CM

Jaipur: CM Bhajan Lal Sharma said on Wednesday that maintaining peace and law and order in the state is the main priority of the state govt. With motto of ‘trust in the common man and fear in the criminals’, Raj Police is performing diligently, he said.

Sharma addressed the state level function organized at Raj Police Academy on the occasion of Rajasthan Police Foundation Day on Wednesday. He congratulated all policemen & officers on the Foundation Day. Also, he saluted the brave soldiers who were martyred while performing their duties.

On this occasion, the CM also announced allocation of Rs 1.5 crore for Rajasthan Police Welfare Fund, Rs 1 crore for Rajasthan Police Benevolent Fund and Rs 1.5 crore in Utsav Fund from Rs 1 crore. DGP UR Sahoo said that Raj Police will strengthen the credibility and dedication of the police in minds of people.
