CRACKDOWN ON PVT BUSES
Jaipur: The joint investigation campaign of the Roadways and Transport Department on the initiative of Rajasthan Roadways to check illegal private buses operating in the state has had a significant impact. In just 10 days, challans were issued to about 2,000 such buses. Due to these buses, the roadways buses are not able to get enough passengers on many routes. On the initiative of Nathmal Didel, MD of Rajasthan Roadways, the Transport Department along with Rajasthan Roadways launched a state-wide campaign to check illegal private buses, which delivered results from September 15 to September 25.
