Congress leader Rajiv Shukla hails the schemes of government in Rajasthan

Jaipur: Congress MP Rajeev Shukla on Wednesday addressed a press conference at PCC Headquarters and hailed policies of Congress government and its developmental works done in the last five years. “A scheme like Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Bima Yojana is not implemented anywhere in the country. In Rajasthan, gas cylinders are being given to poor women for Rs 500. Now, this cylinder will be given to BPL families for Rs 400 if the Congress comes back to power. The old pension scheme was implemented in Rajasthan and Congress won the elections in Himachal Pradesh on the basis of the same model,” said Rajiv Shulka. Shukla also attacked the BJP government saying that union Government did not double the income of farmers, but instead the farmers sat on streets for 13 months on the issue of MSP.
