Congress holds protest outside SBI branches

Jaipur: Congress party protested in front of State Bank of India branches across the state, demanding to make public the information about electoral bonds before Lok Sabha elections.

The party workers led by Jaipur City Congress President RR Tiwari and Jaipur Dehat president Gopal Meena marched from Ramlila Maidan and reached the SBI Bank branch at Sanganeri Gate, where they raised slogans.

Congress workers tried to enter the bank, but the policemen closed the main gate of the bank and stopped the Congress leaders and workers outside the gate. For some time, Congress workers sat at the gate and started raising slogans demanding to make the election donations public.
