Congress gears up to welcome Bharat Jodo Yatra in the State

Jaipur: PCC Chief Govind Singh Dotasra on Saturday said that the Bharat Jodo Yatra will come to Rajasthan on December 3rd or 4th. “The control room of Bharat Jodo Yatra has been inaugurated. As long as this yatra continues, the control room will function 24 hours,” he said on the occasion of Indira Gandhi’s birth anniversary.

Dotasra countered BJP leader Rajendra Rathore’s claim that Indira Gandhi had described Savarkar as a great son and got postage stamps issued on him while also giving Rs 11,000 to the trust. He said, “If Savarkar was brave, he would not have apologized to the British. It is recorded in the pages of history that Savarkar had apologised and told the British that I will be of use to you, give me pension and release me from jail. He compromised with the British to give information. Rajendra Rathore does such things because RSS and BJP leaders have no contribution in the freedom struggle.”

Meanwhile, minister Parsadi Lal Meena directly challenged the rivals parties and said that millions of people are waiting for Rahul Gandhi in Rajasthan. “The yatra will be historic and disruption will not be tolerated during the yatra. Let anyone say anything but no one can dare to stop Rahul Gandhi’s yatra. Lakhs of workers will be with him” he said.
