Jaipur: Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Saturday stated that today’s politics was about contributing to the prosperity and development of Rajasthan and India. He asserted India's independent stance, stating that the country is not subservient to any other nation. He said that India stand by Russia and America. The minister said that if provoked, India will not hesitate to respond. Addressing the BJP state working committee meeting, Chouhan highlighted the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan for irrigation water under the ERCP initiative. He spoke of PM Modi's vision, urging farmers to embrace natural farming practices.

Criticizing the Congress party, he described it as a purveyor of falsehoods and labeled recent remarks by Rahul Gandhi in the Lok Sabha about Hindus as immature. Chouhan urged party workers to expand organizational efforts and ensure government schemes reach grassroots levels.
