Jaipur: Hundreds of nurses donated blood in the capital’s Birla Auditorium, celebrating CM Ashok Gehlot’s birthday as Sankalp Diwas on Tuesday. The programme was organized under the banner of Rajasthan Nurses Association. Health Minister Parsadi Lal Meena was the chief guest, while Ayush Minister Dr Subhash Garg, Sports Minister Ashok Chandna, RTDC Chairman Dharmendra Rathore attended as special guests.

All the guests encouraged the participants to donate blood. In the programme, Meena praised the nurses for working in coordination with the government during the pandemic. Garg welcomed the initiative of nurses. Sports Minister Ashok Chandna and Rathore also congratulated the nurses for blood donation.

RNA chairperson and RNC registrar Shashikant Sharma also praised the efforts of the nurses. In the programme, RNA State President Pyarelal Cyhaudhary, Executive State President Narendra Singh Shekhawat, State General Secretary Sunil Sharma and many nurses were present.
