Complete JDA projects on time: CS to officers

Jaipur:  Chief Secretary Usha Sharma conducted site visits of under construction projects of Jaipur Development Authority with a team of officers.

She visited Sodala elevated road, Dravyavati river project, Rajasthan International Centre, IPD tower at SMS Hospital, Gandhi Darshan Museum, beautification works at B2 bypass intersection etc.

The Chief Secretary reviewed the progress and issued necessary directions to officers.

During the inspection of Sodala elevated road, she instructed officers to complete the project work by August 14 in any case. Officers informed that lighting will be done on the road on Independence Day on tricolour’s theme.

The officer asked the officers to complete work of Rajasthan International Centre by November this year. An exhibition will be held at the Centre on completion of four years of the state government.

The top official directed that all the major projects that have been started by JDA in Jaipur city should be continuously monitored and completed in time so that the public gets maximum benefits of these projects. Sharma also said that she will review the progress of projects every 15 days.

JDA Commissioner Ravi Jain gave project wise information to the Chief Secretary and apprised her about the progress of the various projects.
