Committee to be formed under chairmanship of the Chief Secy to approve prosecution of corrupt officers: CM Gehlot
Jaipur: During the Chintan Shivir on Monday, CM Ashok Gehlot gave instructions to tighten the screws on Housing Cooperative Societies and Multi State Credit Cooperative Societies. The twoday Chintan Shivir is being organized at OTS Jaipur in which the cabinet ministers discussed about the work of their depts, budget announcements, public manifesto, campaigns, implementations and innovations of 4 years.
“We are against the elements playing with the future of the youth, the government is taking the strictest steps. The state government has also brought an act with strict provisions to prevent paper leaks, copying. Papers keep getting leaked in other states also, but the arrest of those involved and strict measures like dismissal of employees were taken only in Rajasthan,” he said.
Gehlot further said, “A committee will be constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Secy which will decide on sanction of prosecution in respect of corrupt officer-employee. Senior officers of depts will be included in this committee.”
