CM’s INITIATIVE TURNING TO BE A BOON FOR STUDENTS!

Jaipur: The State Government has taken an important initiative in the direction of providing better facilities to the youth of the state to prepare for the various competitive examinations and placement of coaching institutes in a systematic manner. With the visionary thinking of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, the country’s first coaching hub is being made by Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) at Jaipur, wherein, all modern facilities will be available to students. RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora informed that the country’s first coaching hub is being developed in a planned manner on 65,000 square metres of land in Pratap Nagar in Jaipur at a cost of about Rs 228 crore. So far, works worth Rs 100 crore have been completed. Direct and indirect employment opportunities will also be created under the Coaching Hub scheme, which will also benefit the local residents. The RHB Commissioner said, “Out of total 90 commercial premises constructed on the outskirts of the coaching hub, 30 have been successfully e-auctioned recently. People are very excited about this project. As a result of this, the Board has been successful in getting the auction price many times higher than the fixed minimum price. Commercial premises on the ground floor were auctioned at three times the price and the commercial premises on the lower ground floor and first floor were auctioned at twice the minimum bid. Two plots in the use category of guest house, hostel and studio apartment in Coaching Hub Arcade have also been sold at one and a half times more than the lowest bid.” Interestingly, Prashant Meena, a student of Karauli, said that the Coaching Hub project will be of great convenience to the students preparing for competitive examinations. All the necessary facilities will be available to them under one roof in the coaching hub being developed in a planned manner, he said. Brajesh Joshi, a resident of Jaipur, said that he is currently studying in a coaching institute located in Gopalpura. “This area is very crowded. The coaching hub being built in Pratapnagar will provide a good environment to the students, as well as help them get rid of the problem of traffic jams and parking etc.”
