CMO officers get responsibilities reallocated, ACS issues order

Jaipur: The officers in CMO have been given the responsibility of monitoring and coordination of different depts on Sunday. In the order issued by Shikhar Agrawal, ACS to CM, the internal administrative system of CMO has been strengthened by making 11 officers as Link Officers among themselves.

In about one and a half months after the formation of Bhajan Lal govt, finally an attempt has been made to strengthen the administrative work by giving important responsibilities to the entire team in CMO. An attempt has been made to materialize the concept of generation shifting in bureaucracy by giving greater responsibility to young officers in CMO.

IAS Siddharth Sihag has got the responsibility of looking after the Customs, policies and procedures of big departments. Special Secretary Sandesh Nayak has been given the responsibility of DIPR, PHED, Mines, Petroleum, GWD, Water resources and other departments.

OP Bunkar has got the responsibility of UDH, LSG, Assembly, Election, Cooperative, Parliamentary Affairs Department. Anju Rajpal got important departments like personnel and medical health, TAD, and WCD.

Vivek Kumar got the responsibility of looking after Panchayati Raj, IT, Food etc. Principal OSD TJ Kavitha has got forest dept, Transport, Civil Aviation, PWD, & Tourism.
