CM meets Muslim leaders from Bikaner for 2 hours
Bikaner/Jaipur: CM Gehlot held a marathon brainstorming session with Muslim leaders of Bikaner at CMR. In two hour long meet, the CM said that Congress has worked to take all sections along. “We have worked for poor’s welfare. It is not good that at present there is a hostile environment in the nation but Congress has always been a supporter of reality. In my govt, Muslims were given place in EWS,” Gehlot said.The Muslim leaders presented their stand and demanded that Congress should give ticket to a Muslim candidate for an assembly seat in Bikaner. They also demanded many other things including land for a residential school, construction of a night shelter in PBM. They insisted on keeping Khajuwala in Bikaner only. CM gave positive assurance.
