CM GEHLOT REVIEWS 14 DEPTS ON DAY ONE OF CHINTAN SHIVIR
Jaipur: A two-day ‘Chintan Shivir’ of the Rajasthan government began here on Monday for the review of the performance of all the departments. The shivir began with a meeting of the council of ministers chaired by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot at the HCM RIPA in Jaipur.
The review of 14 departments was done on the first day.
CS Usha Sharma informed that Rajasthan has become a model state in the health sector. She said that in the last four years, 2,722 announcements were made and financial approvals for 94 % of them have been issued.
The CM said that strict steps should be taken against such societies which loot the hard-earned money of the people of the state.
Ministers Hemaram Chaudhary & Rajendra Gudha skipped the shivir. Chaudhary accompanied Congress leaderSachin Pilot during his Nagaur visit while Gudha was busy preparing for Pilot’s public meet in Jhunjhunu proposed on Wednesday. Shakuntala Rawat & Vishvendra Singh didn’t attend the shivir. Rawat’s father-inlaw passed away recently, while Vishvendra has been advised by doctors to take rest. Minister ML Meena said that there is good progress in implementing budget declarations.
