CM announces 42 new courts in State, yearly assistance to Bar council

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has announced in the State Budget on Friday to open 42 new courts in the state and to give five crore rupees every year as assistance to the Bar Council of Rajasthan for solving the problems and welfare of the lawyers.

According to the announcement, Special Court (NDPS) and Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court and Special Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act Case) Court in Jodhpur district, Additional district and sessions courts in Malkheda and Kathumar in Alwar, Rajkheda in Dholpur, Todabhim in Karauli, Bhim in Rajsamand, Raisinghnagar in Sriganganagar, Phagi in Jaipur, Khetri in Jhunjhunu and Padampur in Sriganganagar, additional district and sessions courts (camp courts) will be opened in Virat nagar in Jaipur and Nawan in Nagaur.

Similarly, Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Courts will be opened in Ramgarh in Alwar, Wair in Bharatpur, Sikar, Udaipur, Beawar in Ajmer, Mavli in Udaipur, Tonk, Bayana in Bharatpur, Abu Road in Sirohi and Railmagra in Rajsamand, Additional Civil Judicial Magistrate Courts in Sikar, Jhalawar, Sawai Madhopur, Balotra in Barmer, Bandikui in Dausa, Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate courts in Arai (Kishangarh), Bhinai in Ajmer, Govindgarh in Alwar, Srikaranpur, Sadulshahar in Sriganganagar, Nagar in Bharatpur, Shiv in Barmer and Pilwa (Parbatsar) and Khinwsar in Nagaur

Civil Judge and Metropolitan Magistrate Court will also be opened in Bagru in Jaipur, Special Judicial Magistrate (NI Act Case) Court will be opened in Udaipur, Bhilwara and Dausa.
