Chandna: Rift with bureaucracy inevitable

Jaipur: Sports Minister Ashok Chandna, while interacting with media during a public hearing in the Mantri Darbar on Monday, said that the rift between public representatives and bureaucracy is not new and bureaucrats look at any policy from a different point of view while the public representatives look at it from the people’s point of view and this causes conflict. “New issues come up every day and a conflict is inevitable. There is no guarantee that conflict would ever end,” he said. Tourism Minister Vishvendra Singh’s dispute with officials of his dept was evident. Govind S Dotasra also took on the bureaucracy as an Education Minister.
