Jaipur: The Jaipur CGST antievasion squad successfully exposed a major scam in the input tax credit available under the GST statute and raided S.K. Solvex Pvt. Ltd. Information was received concerning providing an ITC of Rs 30 lakh 90 thousand 998, but no paperwork were located. On this basis, S.K. Solvex Pvt Ltd.’s Subhash Nagar office was searched on Thursday. ITC worth thousands of rupees was also collected from three bogus companies: Hindustan Traders, Fresh Green Trading Company, and S.K Enterprises. Suresh Chand Jain and Vikas Jain, directors of S.K. Solvex Pvt. Ltd., recognized the mistake and deposited ITC of Rs 58,35,063 on the spot before agreeing to deposit the remaining sum of Rs 5,83,983.
